Before you choose
Our current rugs are 200 × 300 cm (2 m × 3 m). Each one is a New Zealand wool blend with a tufted loop pile, from $549, and delivery is free Australia-wide.
Will a 200 × 300 cm rug fit? Along a sofa of 180–230 cm, the long edge leaves room at each end, with the front legs on the rug. Across a queen bed, it reaches out past both sides. Under a dining table the fit is closer: measure with the chairs pulled back.
How will my rug get home?
Delivery is free wherever you are in Australia, with no minimum order and no extra charge for regional or remote addresses. It travels rolled up, so it needs a street address, not a PO box or parcel locker.
What are the rugs made of?
The wool in our rugs is New Zealand wool, blended with polyester, nylon or polypropylene, or a mix of them, for less shedding. Each rug’s page names the fibres in its blend.
What if I change my mind?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery. A rug still rolled, never opened, can be refunded, less the return collection fee. If it has been unrolled but not used, it can be exchanged for a different rug, and the collection fee applies then too, plus any difference in price.
